It’s great. Thank you. I’ve done this before with torn up rice cakes. The big rice cakes. Then melt all the stuff add vanilla and put over torn up rice cakes. Put in oven and stir here and there for just a little while to crisp up. I made this a lot when raising our kids and as they are adults now they still love it when I bring to a ball game to munch on. Good stuff. Thanks. Never did on pop corn but I love it.

How can popcorn, butter and honey be the worst thing you’ve ever tasted? What is wrong with you? Why do you feel the need to be cruel? Did little kids make fun of you on the playground? Did your mother love you? Jeez

I like using honey and butter for a more healthy snack. But, I just made it, and the popcorn is now chewy; It hard to enjoy being so chewy. Suggestions?

try popping it in the oven for a few minutes to crisp it up. I used to make this as a snack for my school kids – that little crisp up makes the difference.
