- 8 oz cottage cheese
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
To a blender, add the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

It is pretty good! I like how it is not over sweet, but the texture is not my favorite lol. I have made this a couple times, once without protein powder (added extra almond flour) & the second with it. It’s not exactly like cookie dough, but it is still satisfying to eat.
