Located in the vibrant Jiuxianqiao area of Beijing's Chaoyang District, SPARK 761 is the city's only AI computing power park within its central urban area. The architectural concept is a bold departure from traditional data centers, inviting society, people, and activities to coexist with the building and its intelligent information network.
During the day, the building's facade showcases exposed functional hardware, a visual representation of the building's breathing and heartbeat - a metaphor for its ecological embodiment. At night, the physical form fades, giving way to a virtual architectural body formed by dynamic information, continuously evolving and growing within the cityscape.
The driving force behind SPARK 761 is its computing power, and the heart of its content development is the Computing Power Theater. Here, humans and AI coexist as ecological partners, influencing and communicating with each other. The building's virtual composition and physical entity evolve symbiotically, transforming the park into a computing power science park that integrates technology and humanities.
The architectural form of SPARK 761 is a logical integration of equipment platforms and the building itself, a concept that has faced criticism but is essential for making AI human-centric. The building's main facade system, under natural light, presents a visually striking display of functional hardware, while at night, it transforms into a virtual space, overlapping with the real physical space of the day.
The main architectural spaces of SPARK 761 are designed for complete transparency, embracing human activity and fostering social connections. The ground floor on the north and south sides offers versatile, open spaces for work and life, stimulating creativity and ecological exchange.
The Computing Power Theater, a multi-purpose hall, will serve as the main base for the future Jiaoxianqiao Forum, bringing together cutting-edge technologies and professionals to accelerate China's domestic AI computing power progress. The Data Center's ECC and a dedicated space for domestically produced chips allow visitors to experience the latest data room principles and equipment standards.
The south ground floor also houses various office settings, serving as an industrial incubation base. The north and south sides are connected by a lifestyle plaza, bringing green vitality indoors, creating an open, garden-like environment for those working there.
